Shelby Sansone, Alex Presley, and Kelly Meksto are three juniors at the University of Mississippi who use their free time to practice yoga at Highland Square Gym.

The three girls meet Fridays at noon to relax after their long week at school, and it helps keep them calm and at ease.

According to Presley, “I really love yoga because it keeps me flexible and keeps my body feeling youthful.”

They plan on continuing until the school year is over.
