Staying healthy in college can be hard sometimes. However, there are many ways to make being healthy easily accessible.

Staying healthy in college is not just about exercising; it means eating and drinking healthily, getting enough sleep, and many other things.

Many students and parents worry about gaining the “freshman 15” while away for the first time. However, staying active and eating healthy can prevent this.

The Turner Center is a great resource for students who want to stay healthy. Group fitness classes, a fitness center, pool, a jogging track, and other classes are offered to help students be fit.

There are many opportunities for students to stay active throughout their college career. Eating right, exercising, getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water are just a few ways to stay healthy while in college.
