A Jackson fitness instructor has leaped into the world of book publishing to help others Bounce Back from weight gain.
S marks the spot. Shed Fitness will open its doors Saturday, Oct. 13, to the Oxford community. Although its focus is about getting stronger and leaner at a high pace, the owners also want to grow a fitness community. Amzie Williams founded Shed in 2014.
